Maple syrup is the focus of this Thursday's installment of "The Menu," produced in collaboration with Cleveland Magazine.
Geauga County is the top maple syrup producer in Ohio and is celebrating its this year. It is the oldest maple festival in the U.S. and will take place April 23-26 at Chardon Square in Chardon, Ohio.
We're also joined by a maple syrup farmer from Sugarbush Creek Farm in Middlefield, Ohio. While the farm was rebuilt in 1992, some of its trees have been tapped for more than 200 years.
