The area has seen plenty of change over the decades, with new restaurants opening and closing seemingly every year.
We'll speak with a business owner and a chef who have recently rebranded establishments on the east and west banks of The Flats.
Shooters closed its doors in 2024 after 37 years. Following a multimillion-dollar makeover and the addition of a new management team, the waterfront staple reopened in March. Goodnight John Boy, which first welcomed visitors in 2021, reopened in a new location this month.
